Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
All estimates are business days and provided by Canada Post. We're not responsible for carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package at canadapost.ca.
Currently we only ship within Canada. International shipping is planned for future drops. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at gurveerbrar747@icloud.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with Canada Post to resolve it.
If you need to update your shipping address after ordering, email us immediately at gurveerbrar747@icloud.com with your order number. We can only change addresses before the order ships.
