Our Promise

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. No questions, no hassle.

  • Return within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

  1. Email us at gurveerbrar747@icloud.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid Canada Post return label within a few hours (business hours).
  3. Pack it up — use the original packaging if you have it, or any secure box/bag.
  4. Drop it off at any Canada Post location. Keep your drop-off receipt.
  5. We process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Refund goes back to your original payment method (5-10 business days to appear on your statement).

Conditions

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged
  • Original tags must be attached
  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Return within 30 days of delivery date

Items that don't meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. It's faster and guarantees you get the size you want:

  1. Return the original item for a full refund (free)
  2. Place a new order for the size/color you want

This way you're not waiting on us to process an exchange and potentially missing out on stock.

Wrong Item / Defective Item

If we sent the wrong item or there's a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email us at gurveerbrar747@icloud.com with your order number and photos
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label immediately
  3. Choose: full refund OR we'll ship the correct item free (your choice)

We cover all return shipping for our mistakes.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Items without original tags
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged

Refund Timeline

  • Return received at our warehouse: 3-5 business days to inspect
  • Refund issued: within 24 hours of inspection
  • Refund appears on your card/bank: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
