What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Email us immediately at gurveerbrar747@icloud.com with your order number and we'll try to catch it before it ships. Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/PST) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
My discount code isn't working.
Codes are case-sensitive and can't be combined with other offers. Some codes exclude sale items or have minimum spend requirements. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll fix it.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping across Canada on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.99 CAD.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times: Ontario/Quebec 2-4 days, BC/Alberta 3-5 days, other provinces 4-7 days, Northern Canada 7-14 days. All via Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Currently Canada only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
My tracking says delivered but I didn't get it.
Check with neighbors, building reception, or around your door/mailbox. If it's truly missing, email us within 7 days of the "delivered" date and we'll investigate with Canada Post.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us immediately with your order number and new address.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. Free return shipping within Canada. Full refund to original payment method.
How do I start a return?
Email gurveerbrar747@icloud.com with your order number and what you're returning. We'll send a prepaid Canada Post label.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund, then place a new order for the size you want. This is faster and guarantees stock.
I got the wrong item / defective item.
Email us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Sizing & Products
How do your hoodies fit?
Oversized, drop-shoulder fit. Size down for a regular fit, stay true for the intended oversized look. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Will the print crack or fade?
No. We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on 420gsm cotton. It won't crack or peel. Wash inside out in cold water for best longevity.
Are the hoodies pre-shrunk?
Yes, 420gsm cotton fleece is pre-shrunk. Minimal shrinkage if you follow care instructions (cold wash, air dry or tumble low).
When will you restock sold-out sizes?
We restock based on demand. Sign up for the newsletter on the homepage to get notified when specific sizes come back.
When are compression shirts and tanks dropping?
Coming soon. Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know.
Affiliate Program
How does the affiliate program work?
You get a custom code (e.g., PANTHER30). Your followers get 10% off, you earn 30% commission on every sale through your code. Paid Net 15.
How do I apply?
Click "Affiliates" in the nav or go to the homepage and scroll to the Join the Pack section. Click "Apply Now" — it opens a pre-filled email to us.
When do I get paid?
Net 15 — commissions from the 1st-15th pay out by the 30th, commissions from the 16th-end of month pay out by the 15th of the next month.
